We aspire to the happiness of everyone involved in coffee — not just those who enjoy it, but also those who produce and create it. Through a deep exploration of the essence of coffee and diverse cultures, we strive to discover and share greater value.

The Beginning

MOMOS began in 2007, converting a small restaurant storage room (about 140 sq ft) into a take-out coffee bar. From day one, the company was built together by four people: Hyunki Lee (Founder), Jooyeon Jeon (Co-CEO), Jungsoo Park (Co-CEO), and Jueun Jeong (Director). After discovering specialty coffee in 2009, we committed ourselves fully to the field and began introducing it to Korea. Today, we operate four stores exclusively in Busan as a locally rooted roastery brand.

Direct Trade

Quality has always guided our decisions.
Since 2011, we have traveled to origin, met producers face to face, and built our sourcing through direct trade, beginning with four Central American countries. Today, we work closely with more than 150 producers across 16 countries. Together, we focus on mutual understanding, long-term relationships, and sustainability. These partnerships, built over time and through many challenges, form the foundation of who we are. For us, coffee is ultimately about people and the trust we grow together.
