Guatemala El Injerto Geisha Washed
El Injerto Farm is a representative traditional coffee farm in Guatemala, founded in 1874, and has been operated by the Aguirre family for four generations. Initially, the farm grew sugar cane and corn, but began to focus on coffee production in the early 20th century and has since built a global reputation based on quality-oriented precision agriculture.
This farm, located in the highlands of the Huehuetenango region, has an optimal growing environment for each variety based on a variety of microclimates and fertile soil, and is especially well known for stably producing excellent quality from the Geisha variety.
We have our own wet and dry processing facilities, so we systematically manage the entire process from harvest to processing, and precise quality control is carried out based on data and experiments.
